Full-time 6am-2pm, 2p-10p & 10p-6a Requirements: Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Have dependable transportation, driver’s license, and car insurance Job Duties: Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures Administer and document medication to residents in an accurate and timely manner Observe residents for effectiveness of drug therapy and adverse effects Document resident process notes as required Promptly report changes in residents' condition to charge nurse Attend staff meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, rehab meetings, in-service classes and committee meetings as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Capitol House Nursing & Rehabilitation
