Lab Technician

Run accurate, timely testing in our on-site lab so patients and providers get the answers they need under one roof. About the role As a Lab Technician, you’ll perform and review laboratory testing in our on-site lab. Your work helps our providers make timely, informed decisions, and helps patients get results without having to go elsewhere. You’ll work alongside our Phlebotomists and clinical teams in a lab that values precision, organization and teamwork. What you’ll do Perform routine laboratory tests following established procedures Run quality control and maintain lab equipment Review results for accuracy and report them in a timely manner Process specimens for in-house testing and send-out to reference labs Keep accurate records and follow safety and compliance requirements Assist with specimen collection when needed What you’ll bring Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field MLT (ASCP) certification or eligibility Laboratory experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization Working at Coastal Monday to Friday during practice hours.
