This role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, managing inventory, and providing exceptional service to ensure smooth parts operations within our automotive service environment.

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts stock levels.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill parts needs.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility and usage.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area.
• Handle cash, credit, and billing transactions according to company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Competitive salary of $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
