Responsibilities Demonstrate skills and knowledge in use of all x‑ray equipment and performance of all x‑ray protocols and procedures. Produce high‑quality exams within the appropriate time for each procedure. Explain procedures to patients/families, answer questions, ease anxiety, and address concerns. Recognize clinical and/or emergent problems that may interfere with exams and take appropriate action for a positive outcome. Evaluate critical test findings and review anatomic details and abnormalities on scans with radiologists if needed. Maintain supply levels; clean and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions; immediately report dangerous conditions. Input and verify all data in PACS/RADIANT. Maintain and advocate a safe environment; follow all quality control checks. Ensure continuity of care, efficient throughput, consistent communication, and an exceptional experience for every patient. Assist others without being asked. Shift Days – United States of America. Qualifications ARRT certification. CPR certification. State of Louisiana Radiology Technologist license. Preferred: Three to five years radiology experience.
