Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and supplies.
  
  
• 
  Assist surgeons during general, GYN, robot-assisted, urology, trauma, neuro, and orthopedic procedures.
  
  
• 
  Ensure adherence to unit policies, including dress code and safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Participate in on-call shifts, providing coverage 3-4 times per month.
  
  
• 
  Manage patient care and instrument handling during surgeries to maintain workflow.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess an active CST certification (preferred) or equivalent credential.
  
  
• 
  Have at least 2 years of OR scrub experience in a hospital environment.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate expertise in general, GYN, robotic, urology, trauma, neuro, and ortho procedures.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
  
  
• 
  Hold BLS certification.
