***Walk in Wed. interviews 10am-3pm and be hired on the spot*** Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our team at the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury. As a Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility. Responsibilities Collecting soiled laundry from residents' rooms and transporting it to the laundering facility Washing, drying, and folding laundry in commercial machines Distributing clean laundry to residents Delivering soiled linens to the laundry, sorting, washing, and returning clean linens to linen closets and resident rooms Cleaning laundry and equipment areas Requirements Previous experience in laundry, preferably in a healthcare setting Knowledge of infection control practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and respectful attitude towards residents and colleagues Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage available Competitive salaries 401K with employer contribution Generous Paid Time Off Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends Opportunities for advancement and professional growth About Us At the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
