HTS is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our therapy team on a PRN basis at our partner continuing care retirement community located in Walnut Creek, Ohio (Holmes County). Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a continuing care retirement community.
• Assist with managing increases in caseload, scheduled time off, and weekend needs on a PRN basis.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Adapt therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each resident, promoting mobility, independence, and overall well-being.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or retirement community setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
