Salary : $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in the hospitality sector.
Must be at least 21 years old .
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a dynamic team.
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in guest service, food quality, and operational standards.
Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution within a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory management, and performance tracking.

Job Responsibilities :

As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Hurricane, UT, you will:

Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring superior performance across all areas of the restaurant.
Build and motivate a strong, high-performing team that aligns with organizational principles.
Foster a welcoming and guest-focused atmosphere while maintaining operational excellence.
Uphold impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail, ensuring all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, acting with integrity and professionalism.
Handle staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring each team member thrives in their role.
Address guest concerns effectively, turning challenges into opportunities to create lasting impressions.
