Multiple Shifts Available | Hand Assembly Associate | $15-$20/Hour


We're hiring for Hand Assembly Associates with a growing manufacturing company in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality products. Multiple shifts are available with competitive pay and long-term opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Assemble products and components by hand according to specifications
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment as needed
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What you need:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
• Days/hours: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available
