Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Location: Lone Tree, CO

JOB SUMMARY : We are looking for a hard-working Concrete Finisher to join our team. You must have at least one year of landscape or construction experience, preferably working with concrete. Our ideal candidate is proficient with industry tools, such as a power trowel, and has experience with rebar and steel plates. You also need to communicate effectively on a team.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Familiar with proper handling of materials and equipment

• Constantly required to drive a vehicle independently, during all times of day and night, and in inclement weather conditions

• Frequent to constant erratic and extended work hours, depending on seasonal necessity
• Constant evaluation and adjustment of priorities
• Frequently works with mechanical objects and outside in extreme weather conditions
• Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals
• Occasionally exposed to loud noise levels

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Review project plans and location of the concrete pour
• Gather and inspect equipment to ensure they are functioning properly
• Install rebar or concrete forms as needed
• Communicate with the concrete team about the timing and completion of each phase of the project
• Use power trowels and vibrating screeds to smooth freshly poured concrete
• Check the finished product to make sure it meets specifications
• Follow all industry and governmental safety protocols
• Maintain equipment and make repairs when necessary

Pay range : $25.00 - $27.00
