Job Description
Heritage Post Acute of Florence is seeking a Certified Dietary Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dietary department and ensure quality food service for our residents.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate dietary staff and daily operationsEnsure meals are prepared and served according to residents' dietary needsMaintain food safety, sanitation, and infection control standardsAssist with staff scheduling, training, and performanceMonitor inventory and food suppliesMaintain accurate dietary documentationEnsure compliance with state and federal regulationsQualifications:Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred/requiredPrevious supervisory experience in dietary/food service preferredExperience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsKnowledge of therapeutic diets and food safety regulationsPosition: Full-TimeLocation: Florence, SCApply today and become part of the Heritage Post Acute of Florence team!
