Senior Lead Software Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer with a strong background in Selenium to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software development and testing, with a focus on automation and quality assurance. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software testing and automation.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Selenium for automated testing.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with test management tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of API testing and automation.
- Experience in working with cloud-based testing environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
