Express Employment Professionals is supporting a top-tier manufacturer near Edina seeking a Custom Production Assembly Technician. If you thrive in a safety-minded environment and enjoy hands-on work, let’s talk.
Ask Yourself:
Can you perform general and custom assembly with precision?
Do you excel at testing components to strict requirements?
Are you comfortable using a variety of power and hand tools?
Will you pitch in across production to help teammates when needed?
Can you document processes and procedures thoroughly?
Must-Haves
High School diploma or GED
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Basic reading, writing, and math abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong safety mindset
Open to feedback and proactive in asking questions
Prior electro-mechanical assembly experience
Choose Your Schedule
1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
1st shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
2nd shift Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
You Should Be Proficient In
Mechanical assembly skills
High School / GED
Basic computer skills
