As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lindsay Goebel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
