As a Security Officer Lobby Operations in Radnor PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out front desk duties site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an educational location.
• Greet students staff visitors and/or vendors assist with access procedures and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor the lobby and entry area for unusual activity help to deter unauthorized access and report security-related concerns in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism document events as required and support site personnel during routine and emergency situations.
• Answer phones manage visitor sign-in processes and provide directions and/or general assistance while maintaining awareness of security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
