The pay range is based on experience from $14.00/hr to $17.00/hr, with opportunities to increase earnings through performance bonuses and career advancement. Leading by example, you will supervise and coach store Team Members and conduct opening and closing procedures. Processing loans and extensions Negotiating terms for pawned items Performing opening and closing store procedures Supervising and coaching store Team Members Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses an engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs. Key qualities include high organization, detail orientation, strong judgment, time management, prioritization, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience building ongoing customer relationships is essential.
