Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 scheduled hours. Start Date: 07/20/2026, End Date: 10/19/2026, Duration: 13 weeks.

Description: 0645-1715 with liver call - will do other cases if no liver/transplant.

Requirements are non-negotiable. Must have strong liver, heart, lung & kidney transplant experience reflected on skills checklist. Do not submit without this experience. Must be proficient in Misonix/CUSA. Candidates must have experience putting organs back in the new patient, not just harvesting.

Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out) Years of experience required: 2 years of direct liver/transplant OR RN experience required. First-timers accepted: Yes. Certs required: AHA or American Red Cross ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start). Is on-call required? Yes, 1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month. Nurse manager will discuss at time of interview. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: Yes. Local radius rule: Same rate. Pending license accepted: Yes. All RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's 40 hrs for 8/10's.

Special requirements: Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay. Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client. Smoke free facility: All travelers must be nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) DS required.

Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. All RTO must be presented at time of submission only - facility will not review RTO submitted after this time. 2 references from a direct supervisor/manager, ANM, director for the unit submitted to 18 months experience required, 2 years exp. preferred. Locals accepted at same BR. Facility does not accept any license hits. Smoke free facility: All travelers MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - No exceptions! - Negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start. First time travelers accepted. No certs pending. EKG and Pharm test required during orientation. 2 attempts max for each. No remediation for a re-test. Travelers will be cancelled if they fail. Study materials provided with FDI. Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 6-15 hours. Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty.
