Position Summary: We are looking for a strong and experienced software engineering (quality) lead. In this role, you will lead software quality engineers focused on validating application features across client device platforms. You will work closely with clients' quality and product engineers to understand features, tools, testing requirements, and schedule. You will provide guidance to the local team towards developing and designing automated test cases, creating automation, and maintaining manual and automated test cases. Job content will be 70% technical (dealing with code) and 30% managerial. You will provide technical expertise to the team to debug product and automation issues and drive them to resolution.

Expectations: 1. Able to challenge the QEs on solutions they propose to automate AI & Client solutions using Objective C, Swift, XCUITest etc. 2. As an automation architect, should be able to guide, support, resolve technical roadblocks and manage Tech debt 3. Job content will be 70% technical (dealing with code) and 30% managerial. 4. Location: 100% onsite Seattle client office.

Key Qualifications: 1. 8 to 12 years of industry experience with at least 3 years as Engineering Manager or Test Architect leading engineering or QE team 2. Strong technical expertise with programming languages: Objective C or Swift or XCUITest 3. Experience in test tooling, automation strategy, framework creation, test design, test authoring, execution, Test log analysis, debugging and reporting 4. Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.

Optional Qualifications: 1. 7+ years of experience in product testing and leading quality engineering Team on iOS / Mobile apps validation. 2. Able to write shell scripts and familiar with XCode and able to build or modify existing iOS Application Code 3. Experience with iOS platforms, debugging or profiling tools
