This is a fully on‑site opportunity with a fast‑growing company in Louisville, KY. A driven and resourceful healthcare recruiter brings a true go‑getter mindset to finding and engaging top clinical talent. They understand the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention, and they know how to move quickly without sacrificing quality. Any recruiting for multi‑state organizations is preferred. Any experience recruiting for EMTs and Paramedics will be a huge plus. Qualifications At least 3 years Healthcare Recruitment experience, preferably in a high‑paced environment Experience recruiting for healthcare specific roles Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and credentialing/licensing requirements Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) specifically iCIMS and UKG #J-18808-Ljbffr RemyCorporation
