As a Dishwasher you will ensure the highest qualities when it comes to cleanliness at Hofbrauhaus. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing; and maintaining equipment, utensils and tools; in addition to keeping all of our dishes clean! Duties Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures. Follows sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations. Cleaning food and beverage equipment as well as daily care of foodstuff-relevant rooms (walls and floors) Responsible for the fast and immediate cleaning of 'unforeseen incidents' (i.e., if a plate falls on the floor). Helps keep equipment operating by following operating instructions. Troubleshoots breakdowns, maintains supplies, and performs preventative maintenance. Maintains stock by assisting the chefs in keeping the kitchens in full working order; retrieving stock, and keeping all cooking and serving utensils and plates clean and sanitary at all times. Maintains appropriate levels of needed dishes and utensils. Participates fully in environmental sustainability initiative, which includes, but is not limited to, recycling, waste reduction, and energy and water conservation. Qualifications Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals. Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber. Inspires others with enthusiasm and positive energy. Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance. Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands. Physical Requirements Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Flexible scheduling and so much more!
