Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Total Compensation: $135k-$175k

A family-owned healthcare practice in Essex County, NJ is hiring a Spanish-Speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their adult primary care team.

This hybrid-style role combines rotating in-office clinic days with on-site telemedicine visits focused on high-risk patients who need extra support closing gaps in care.

Please note: this is an on-site telehealth role, not remote/work-from-home.

What You'll Do:

• Provide adult primary care services in a welcoming, established clinic setting
• Conduct telehealth visits (on-site) focused on high-risk patients with care gaps
• Rotate between in-office clinic days and telemedicine shifts throughout the week
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with a loyal, growing patient base
• Communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients to ensure clear, compassionate care
• Collaborate with a supportive, family-owned practice team that values quality patient outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree FNP or AGNP (or PA with relevant adult primary care experience)
• Active NP or PA licensure
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Comfort working with an adult patient population
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
