IT Talent Recruiter: Trainee to AI-Driven Recruiter

TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee to start with an extensive hands‑on training program. You will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn and perform recruiting fundamentals, then move into a Recruiter role and manage the full recruiting cycle. You will recruit IT consultants, coach talent on market trends, develop sourcing strategies, and use AI insights to make data‑driven decisions.
