What you will do Process new prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations with a high level of accuracy Maintain complete and compliant patient medication profiles Respond to high-volume inbound calls from hospice partners, prescribers, and clinical staff Triage and resolve routine service inquiries, escalating complex issues appropriately Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and active listening Apply de-escalation techniques when supporting urgent or emotionally sensitive situations Meet service level, quality, productivity, and documentation standards Utilize pharmacy systems and internal tools to manage workflows and document activity Identify service issues and partner with operations leadership on resolution Participate in training, system updates, and continuous improvement initiatives What we look for Experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a healthcare setting.
