Job Description:

This position involves providing nursing care for patients in the Acute Care Telemetry unit, with responsibilities primarily in the care of geriatric or past inpatient rehab (swing bed) patients. The role requires adherence to scheduling requirements of three 12-hour shifts and the ability to float occasionally. The nurse will document using the Cerner system and should be capable of performing minor procedures and wound care.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to geriatric or past inpatient rehab patients.
Document care using the Cerner documentation system.

Requirements:

Experience in care of geriatric or past inpatient rehab patients.
BLS Certification.
