Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and curate individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional milestones.
• Implement Effective Interventions: Deploy evidence-based techniques to foster improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily life activities.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Teach Patients and Caregivers: Equip patients and their families with essential therapy knowledge to ensure continued progress at home.
• Monitor Clinical Progress: Track treatment outcomes and modify approaches as necessary to keep patients on their recovery path.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Ongoing professional development through continuing education or additional certifications is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT certification mandatory for practice.
