Compensation: $22.75/hr

Shift differential: $1.00/hr

Potential attendance incentive: $3.00/hr

Job Overview

The Machine Operator plays an important role in keeping our production lines running safely and this position youll operate and monitor machinery that requires complex set up perform adjustments and help maintain a clean and efficient work environment while meeting safety and quality standards

What You Will Do

• Operate production equipment by starting up running monitoring and adjusting machines to maintain product quality while providing support to others
• Set up multiple machines and perform changeovers following established procedures
• Complete production safety and quality checks by tracking information manually or electronically
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting escalating issues when needed
• Perform job duties in a fast-paced cold or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time climbing bending and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation
• Work overtime weekends and holidays as requested
• Follow all food safety quality and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you will need

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read write and follow instructions in English as required for safety and documentation
• Basic math and computer capability to complete production and quality checks
• Ability to work with heights and wear a safety harness
• Ability to operate a truck with a trailer or minimum of one (1) year of experience in trailer moving yard driving or related driving experience (for only one of our roles this is a necessary requirement)

What will put you ahead

• Previous experience in food manufacturing production or warehouse environments
• Previous experience operating production or warehouse machinery
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance or machine troubleshooting
• Work history in the last 12 months
