U Pull R Parts, a leading auto parts company based in Toledo is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a full-time Retail Cashier. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities Understanding and applying sales principles and customer service practices Communicating effectively with customers and staff Maintaining customer service focus Working independently and as part of a team Handling physical demands of the role, including moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing throughout the day, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching Qualifications Proficiency in verbal and written English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and take initiative without direct supervision Enthusiasm, friendliness, and a desire to provide outstanding service Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required Compensation The pay for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour , with additional bonuses available.
