A growing organization within the residential property management industry is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator | Part-Time to support digital marketing execution across a portfolio of properties. This role focuses on maintaining marketing systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting property website launches and ongoing operations.

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day marketing workflows and ensuring consistency across digital platforms. Responsibilities include:

• Execute marketing operations workflows across CRM systems, website platforms, and related tools
• Support pre- and post-launch activities for property websites, ensuring tasks are completed within 1–2 days of activation
• Maintain and validate marketing tracking, including UTMs, source/medium attribution, and call tracking systems
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper system configuration
• Update website content and coordinate with internal teams or third-party vendors as needed
• Track tasks, updates, and project progress using Excel or Google Sheets
• Assist with additional initiatives such as website audits, rent and income updates, and system cleanup projects

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or CRM support
• Basic understanding of marketing attribution concepts such as UTMs, tracking, and source/medium
• Experience working with CRM platforms, CMS tools, or similar systems
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, task-based work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with property management or real estate technology platforms (e.g., Elise AI, RentCafe, or similar)
• Experience supporting website updates, tracking implementation, or vendor coordination
• Familiarity with digital marketing workflows within multi-location or portfolio-based organizations
