Production Shift Supervisor - Lean & Continuous Improvement

KDC-ONE is seeking a production supervisor to support the Value Stream and Production Manager in driving Lean operating systems at our Sullivan, MO facility. You will plan, direct and monitor shift production, ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met. Responsibilities include training staff, conducting LEAN activities, 5-Why problem solving, and leading continuous improvement projects to increase throughput.
