In this role, you'll drive exceptional client service, achieve financial targets, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients in their real estate project delivery. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and we're looking for a leader who will drive this culture throughout their team while delivering thought leadership to improve consistency, speed, and cost effectiveness across all projects.What your day-to-day will look like:Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with client goals and develop pursuit strategies to grow account businessOversee project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple construction projects valued between $5-10M, ensuring diligent adherence to JLL and client processesManage all aspects of small to mid-size ground-up projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction managementEngage with cross-functional teams using a "one-firm" approach to optimize project outcomes and deliver innovative solutionsProvide on-site supervision and interface with executives, contractors, and vendors to ensure performance criteria and compliance standards are consistently metMentor and guide project managers to foster professional growth while attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent across geographically dispersed teamsDevelop and validate budgets for yearly and multi-year capital plans, managing account financials to achieve or exceed corporate targetsIdentify business opportunities within the PDS team and implement strategies to enhance service quality and client satisfactionFoster an inclusive workplace culture supporting diversity and wellbeing while championing collaboration across all team levelsRequired qualifications:10+ years of experience as a real estate project management leader with proven track record in client service deliveryStrong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and project lifecycle management from concept through completionPrior experience managing small to mid-size ground-up construction projects including all phases of developmentProficiency managing all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and variance reportingExceptional organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software for comprehensive project planning and trackingExperience in supervising, training, and evaluating talent at various levels across distributed teamsWorking knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and capital plan management with focus on stewardship of client investmentsWillingness to travel 20% to 40% and work primarily at client offices or project locationsValid driver licensePreferred qualifications:Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent fieldProfessional certifications such as CMC, PMP, Six Sigma, or LEEDExperience working in global organizations with multicultural teams and diverse stakeholder groupsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
