The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress. Focus: Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments Caseload: As the company grows, so does your caseload. You will start out part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Must be located in North Carolina and willing to provide in-person supervision Bilingual Spanish needed
