Unit Information Patient Population: Urology, Colon, Rectal Patient Ratios: 1:5 Number of Beds: 35 Unit Selling Points: Tenured staff for mentoring and development; Top 30 surgical program for Colo/Rectal in US News and World Report; Engaged surgeons; Robust interdisciplinary team; Cohesive management team; ERAS – Enhanced Recovery After Surgery program; Ostomy care, maintenance & teaching. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to surgical inpatients, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, maintain high-quality care standards, and contribute to unit‑based governance and quality improvement initiatives.
