Desired Qualifications:

• Current Ohio licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), preferred
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is an asset
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and collaborating with families and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in K-5th grade or preschool
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress, update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to maximize student achievement
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary teams
