- Apply paint or lacquer using striping equipment to parking lots, side roads, and
bollards - Stripe parking lots in accordance with ADA rules and regulations
- Examine finished surfaces and verify conformance to specifications; retouch any
defective areas - Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Clean surfaces of work pieces in preparation for coating, using cleaning fluids,
solvents, brushes, scrapers, steam, sandpaper, or cloth - Select and mix ingredients to prepare coating substances according to specifications
- Conceal blemishes, nicks, and dents in work pieces using fillers
- Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and
team members are supported at the highest level - Ensure all activities follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ensure completion of annual striping projects at all company locations within a
calendar year - Responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations
- Complete other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Valid state driver's license required
- Must pass a pre-employment DOT background check, medical exam, and drug
screen to obtain a DOT Certified medical card. - Current DOT medical card preferred.
- Must pass a DOT driving test and have a clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Minimum three years' striping or parking lot maintenance experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Must conform to all DOT hours of service regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time, problem solve, and navigate change
