Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in an agency, and insurance has always been a part of my life since my father was also an agent. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
