Senior Recruiter

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer across various roles Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and networking Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes Required qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a product company, startup, scale-up, or agency Experience hiring technical and senior-level talent Strong sourcing skills for complex roles Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
