Commercial Construction Estimator

Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to support estimating and preconstruction efforts. The ideal candidate will have commercial construction experience, with concrete, sitework, or other self-perform trade experience a plus. Strong overall construction estimating experience is welcome.

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and project bids.
• Review plans, specifications, and project scope to develop accurate pricing.
• Support conceptual estimating, preconstruction, and constructability reviews.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Work with the Real Estate Development division and other internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with architects, engineers, and design partners.
• Help guide clients by providing construction input and recommendations.
• Track project costs, pricing trends, bids, and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations to ensure accurate estimates and successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Experience with concrete, sitework, masonry, steel, or other self-perform trades is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, pricing, and subcontractor/vendor quotes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Design-build or preconstruction experience preferred.
• CAD experience is a plus.
• Technical degree preferred.
