We operate like a growth-stage company: priorities move quickly, technical detail matters, and strong ideas are expected to turn into usable field assets, campaigns, launches, and customer stories. 

What You'll Do 

• Translate product into narrative. For every significant roadmap item, define the positioning, messaging, and story before it ships. 

• Own the demo experience. Partner with product, marketing, and sales engineering to keep the core demo technically sharp, current, and persuasive for our priority use cases. 

• Sit inside product planning. Represent the buyer and the field in roadmap and prioritization conversations, and bring competitive and market signals back into product decisions. 

• Lead launch GTM. Own go-to-market for major releases: naming, positioning, launch assets, sales enablement, and the post-launch feedback loop. 

• Build the core field toolkit. Battlecards, demo storylines, solution briefs, objection handling, and ROI/proof-point materials that hold up in technical conversations. 

• Own competitive intelligence. Track the identity, IAM, fraud, and emerging agent-identity landscape, and turn it into guidance sellers can use live in a deal. 

• Build customer proof. Partner with Customer Success to turn real deployments into case studies, references, and a reusable proof library. 

• Ground campaigns in the product. Partner with Marketing and Sales on vertical narratives and campaigns for priority markets like Healthcare, Financial Services, Federal/SLED, and Enterprise Workforce. 

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including time at a startup or high-growth company where you did the work yourself, not just directed it. 
• Technical fluency and domain experience in identity, IAM, cybersecurity, fraud/risk, or an adjacent enterprise security market - direct identity-verification experience is a plus, not a requirement. 
• A track record of building positioning and messaging from scratch, not just producing content. 
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles where security, compliance, and procurement shape the decision. 
• Excellent writing: you can turn a dense technical discussion into a CISO-ready narrative without losing accuracy. 
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity are a must. The playbook is still being written, and you'll help write it.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or an adjacent field.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
