Ecosystem Provisioning Support Analyst

The Ecosystem Provisioning Support Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the provisioning of access to various systems and platforms within Ascension. This role emphasizes strong communication skills, process improvement, and acting as an intermediary between non-Ascension providers and the Ascension Help Desk.

Core responsibilities include:

• Process provisioning requests for read-only EHR access from non-Ascension providers and office staff across all markets.
• Process provisioning requests from non-Ascension providers and office staff to Provider Portal solutions (both EHR and non-EHR based).
• Assist with communicating instructions, education, and training to end users and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate ongoing end user support pertaining to Provider Portal solutions, acting as an intermediary between non-Ascension providers and the larger Ascension Help Desk infrastructure.
• Identify and implement process improvements as new solutions are introduced and opportunities are identified.
• Collaborate with AT IAM and compliance teams to troubleshoot errors or process challenges.

Skills and experience needed include:

• 1-3 years of experience working with platforms used to manage service delivery, identity management, and provisioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in a large corporate environment, preferably healthcare.
• Experience in customer support and/or issue troubleshooting/resolution.
• Previous exposure to large-scale process development and process improvement.
• Basic understanding of healthcare structure and processes, including how hospitals and providers collaborate in patient care.
