Room Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Baymont, Beulah. As a Room Attendant, you will take on the crucial role of ensuring our guests have a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment during their stay. Job Roles & Responsibilities Clean and tidy hotel room and bathroom to the standard cleanliness within time limits Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms Report on any shortages, damages or security issues Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required Check stocking levels of all consumables Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws Carry out daily cleaning tasks and room servicing Provide excellent customer service to our guests Address guest complaints and queries promptly and professionally Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards The salary for this position ranges from $25,000 to $45,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role Valid work visa, US Citizen, or Green Card holder High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work full time Skills Strong skills in housekeeping and cleaning Excellent customer assistance and guest services abilities Experience in the hospitality industry About the Company Baymont, Beulah is a well-established player in the hospitality industry.
