Earning Potential
- Commission-based compensation with bonus opportunities
- No cap on earnings
- $100,000+ earning potential
What You'll Do
- Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Develop product knowledge to confidently answer questions and assist customers
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships
- Work as part of a team to create an outstanding customer experience

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old or have at least 3 years of licensed driving experience for insurance purposes
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
