Job Summary The Part‑Time Events Coordinator provides essential support in the execution of pre‑planned luxury events and activities at Beaver Creek Resort. This entry‑level role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the resort’s premium standards. Job Specifications Starting wage: $25.16 /hr – $31.45 /hr Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift type: Full time and part time hours available Minimum age: 18 years or older Housing availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Event logistics coordination Assist with event setup and teardown, including décor, equipment, and signage. Confirm vendor deliveries and ensure all materials are in place according to event plans. Coordinate schedules for entertainers, vendors, and village operations staff as directed by the Event Director and Event Managers. On‑site support Serve as a point of contact during events for internal and contracted staff and vendors. Monitor event flow and promptly address operational issues. Provide assistance to guests with directions and event‑related inquiries. Administrative support Maintain event checklists and timelines provided by the Event Director and Event Managers. Track inventory of event supplies and report replenishment needs. Assist with post‑event documentation and feedback collection. Compliance and safety Ensure event areas as well as storage areas meet safety and cleanliness standards. Follow resort policies and procedures during event operations. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in hospitality or event management is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event support preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional demeanor and ability to represent a luxury brand. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
