Overview October 2025 New Grad RN Residency Program - Sign-on Bonus $10,000 for Westover Hills, New Braunfels and San Marcos locations only. We are currently accepting applications for our next new graduate RN cohort to staff various units within our hospital system for an October 20, 2025 start date. These positions are for graduate nurses, or brand new RN's with less than 12 months of RN work experience. Work Location: This requisition is for all New Grad Nurse Residency opportunities throughout CHRISTUS Santa Rosa.
