We are currently expanding our team at our Hayward Campus and are looking for passionate, talented, and licensed professionals to help shape the next generation of beauty experts. Position Summary We are “Now Hiring” energetic and experienced Educators and Spa Professionals! If you have a passion for the beauty industry and a love for teaching, we want to meet you. We are seeking licensed instructors in Cosmetology, Esthetics (Skincare), Barbering, and Nail Technology . As an Educator, you will be responsible for delivering our curriculum, demonstrating practical techniques, and mentoring students to help them pass their State Board exams and succeed in their careers. Key Responsibilities Instruction: Deliver engaging theory lectures and practical demonstrations in your specific field (Hair, Skin, Barbering, or Nails). Mentorship: Guide students through hands‑on training on the clinic floor, ensuring they master technical skills and professional etiquette. Assessment: Grade students’ practical work and theory exams, providing constructive feedback to encourage growth. Compliance: Ensure all classroom and clinic floor activities adhere strictly to California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regulations (sanitation, safety, and protocols). Curriculum: Adapt to our hybrid online education model and assist students with digital learning tools when necessary. Environment: Maintain a clean, professional, and positive learning environment. Qualifications & Requirements Licensure: Must hold a valid and current California State License in your respective field (Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetician, or Manicurist). Experience: Proven experience working in a professional salon, spa, or barbershop is required. Teaching: Prior teaching experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates who have “talent and love teaching.” Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds. High energy andheses positive attitude. Tech‑savvy (comfortable with hybrid/online education platforms). Specific Disciplines We Are Hiring For: Cosmetology Instructors: Experts in hair cutting, coloring, styling, chemical services, and overall beauty theory. Esthetics (Skincare) Instructors: Specialists in facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing, and spa protocols. Barbering Instructors: Experts in fading, tapering, shaving, beard grooming, and men’s styling. Nail Technology Instructors: Specialists in manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, and nail art.
