Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Security Flex Officer based in San Francisco, CA. The Security Flex Officer will be responsible for providing a visible security presence to deter potential threats, performing routine patrols and inspections, monitoring activity within assigned areas, and responding quickly to security incidents. The officer will also maintain accurate incident reports, assist individuals in need, and coordinate with emergency services as required. Adaptability to various work environments and schedules is required. Qualifications Strong observational and situational awareness skills, with the ability to detect and respond to potential security threats Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clearly interact with individuals, teams, and emergency personnel Proficiency in completing detailed incident reports with accuracy and clarity Knowledge of security, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work environments Previous security experience or related training is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or public safety are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr ProGuard Security Services
