Load, unload, deburr, and perform all inspection of any run in the cell. Move offsets and perform simple editing on the control. Do simple editing at the discretion of the supervisor. Actively participate in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs. Complete additional duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail. Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Minimum three years of experience as a CNC lathe, shaper, hobber, or mill operator or equivalent; ability to demonstrate this knowledge to the supervisor. Previous experience in this field preferred but not required. Physical Demands / Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to hear and speak.
