We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our Team The ideal candidate is skilled in food preparation and can follow directives while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. This role requires flexibility with shift hours, including mornings and evenings, and involves reporting directly to the Head Chef while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications
• Maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are sufficient
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
• Execute orders efficiently, especially during peak times
• Ensure quality control throughout food preparation and service
• Manage time effectively to meet shift demands

• 3+ years of experience in food preparation
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Proficient knife skills and recipe execution
• Experience using various kitchen equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
