Key Responsibilities Project actions: lead projects and mentor Project Coordinators. Product actions: accountable for project results. Project artifacts: accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.). Project governance: lead project meetings and reviews. Project life cycle: accountable for project gates and deliverables. Stakeholder management (upward): engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives; address stakeholder concerns, manage expectations, balance competing priorities; build and maintain relationships to secure stakeholder buy-in. Risk management: identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle; develop contingency plans and address potential obstacles; monitor and address risks to minimize negative and maximize positive impacts. Problem-solving: analyze complex situations, identify solutions, make informed decisions with support of the Program Manager or PMO Leader; manage challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle; leverage data and metrics to evaluate options and choose the best course of action. Budget management: estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively; monitor financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Team management (cross-functional/matrix): create teamwork by fostering trust, accountability, and open communication; identify team strengths and assign roles to maximize efficiency and effectiveness; encourage collaboration to contribute to project success. Scope (change) management: adjust plans in response to changing circumstances or new information; clearly define and control project scope to prevent scope creep; manage change requests while ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints; maintain focus on deliverables and ensure they meet agreed-upon requirements. Technical project management skills (incl. scheduling): strong project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches); effectively use tools and software (Planisware, Jira, etc.) to plan, execute, and monitor projects; apply standard PM techniques like Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Gantt charts. Successful Candidates Typically Have Bachelor's degree in program management or a technical field preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
