About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a hands-on, growth-obsessed mentality to lead and scale its commercial engine. This is a pivotal role for a true revenue hunter, with a direct line to the CEO and full ownership of revenue strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for full revenue ownership, including new logos, expansion, and retention. They will be expected to build a repeatable, scalable go-to-market motion, personally engage in high-value, complex deals, and lead the sales, marketing, and business development teams. The CRO will also be tasked with developing strategic partnerships, aligning marketing spend with revenue outcomes, and driving an AI-forward go-to-market approach. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in revenue or sales leadership, with at least 5 years at a senior or executive level. A background in HR tech, payroll, workforce solutions, staffing, or B2B services is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling revenue teams, closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals, and demonstrating strong pipeline rigor with CRM-driven sales organizations. The role requires a competitive, high-urgency mindset, and the ability to set strategy and close deals. The CRO will be expected to travel 25-40% of the time and must be a leader who is driven to win and not just maintain.
