Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will support Business Partners by providing cost transparency, financial analysis, and insights to enable decision-making. Focus on advanced analysis and decision support for Business Partners with a high degree of ownership. Key Responsibilities Support Business Partners with in-depth cost analysis and financial insights Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for cost optimization Lead cost planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for assigned areas Analyze trends, drivers, and risks in cost development Ensure high-quality and timely reporting for management Challenge assumptions and validate business cases from a financial perspective Contribute to continuous improvement of cost management processes and tools Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or similar roles Strong understanding of cost allocation, planning, and performance management Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with senior stakeholders and Business Partners Strong communication and influencing skills Advanced knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot, Excel, and BI tools KUKA is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
